Our Transaction Process

Once we receive your order, you’ll receive a setup form to complete which will clarify your needs for us. We will then collect a minimum deposit of 50%  of total price for the specific project(s) of choice.

You also have the additional option of hiring us as your post-project completion Virtual Social Media Manager, at a rate of a pre-paid $150 per month for 8 hours per month (2 hours per week).

In addition, we offer post-project Virtual Social Media Management at a flat hourly rate of $25 with a minimum commitment of a pre-paid 8 hours redeemable at your discretion within a 2 month period.

***RECOMMENDATION**** Many businesses neglect the importance of a post-project maintenance and management plan. The belief is that once sites and fan pages are created, it then runs on its own or is simple to market. Social Media marketing is NOT only about posting but includes an ongoing strategy and willingness to engage your fans and followers. We highly recommend that you either take advantage of our social media coaching packages and/or consider hiring JB Creations as your post-project virtual social media maintenance and marketing managers. 

We will create a working copy of your fan page  so you can see the work in progress. Once we notify you that the site has been completed according to the setup form, we’ll schedule your first one-hour coaching session and go over the fan page. If there is anything that you would like to change, we’ll discuss it – but bear in mind that any changes could be billable if they are different than what you asked for on your setup form. If you have any questions please ask! Once the last round of changes are made, we’ll schedule the second one-hour coaching session to be sure you know your way around the social media fan page and that you understand the concept of online social media engagement, so that you can self-manage your page if you should choose to.

What You Should Know

**IMPORTANT NOTE*** We aim to keep our services affordable and expedient so our rates are based on the offering of numerous templated designs pre-formatted by the best and brightest in the field of web design. If you have been shopping around, you'll learn that our rates are competitive for similar products. The difference in price between the use of a pre-formatted templated design vs a customized design is often hundreds of dollars and very often the extra dollars spent is hardly noticable. If you have a vision in mind where a pre-designed template will not fit your needs, we will offer to refer you to designers who specialize in custom designs. Keep in mind that fees for custom designs are, and rightly so, very expensive.
